CLASSIC HAIR HUB MARKETPLACE TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

Welcome to Classic Hair Hub. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of ClassicHairHub.com, including accounts, service listings, bookings, payments, communications, and other services offered through the Classic Hair Hub marketplace (“Platform”).

By creating an account, listing services, booking a service, making or receiving a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. CLASSIC HAIR HUB’S ROLE

Classic Hair Hub operates an online marketplace that helps customers discover, communicate with, and book independent beauty, grooming, hair, and related service providers.

Service Providers may include, where applicable:

  • Hairstylists
  • Barbers
  • Braiders
  • Locticians
  • Natural hair specialists
  • Wig and hair extension specialists
  • Nail professionals
  • Makeup artists
  • Other approved beauty and grooming professionals

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classic Hair Hub does not employ Service Providers and does not itself perform the beauty or grooming services listed by independent Service Providers on the Platform.

Service Providers operate independently and are responsible for the services they advertise and perform.

Classic Hair Hub does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, suitability, availability, or results of any service provided by an independent Service Provider.

2. SERVICE PROVIDER STATUS

Service Providers using Classic Hair Hub are independent businesses or independent professionals and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Classic Hair Hub.

Service Providers are responsible for determining:

  • Their own availability
  • The services they are qualified and legally permitted to offer
  • Their service locations
  • Their business operations
  • Their compliance with applicable laws and professional requirements
  • Their taxes and business expenses
  • Their tools, supplies, equipment, and insurance, when applicable

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship between Classic Hair Hub and a Service Provider.

3. PROVIDER LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Each Service Provider is solely responsible for determining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, insurance, training, and other qualifications required by federal, state, county, or local law for the services the Provider offers and the location where those services are performed.

Licensing requirements vary depending upon the service and jurisdiction.

A Service Provider must not list or perform a service through Classic Hair Hub unless legally authorized and appropriately qualified to provide that service.

Classic Hair Hub may request documentation verifying a Provider’s identity, license, certification, insurance, or other professional qualifications.

Classic Hair Hub may reject, suspend, restrict, or remove a Provider account or service listing if required documentation cannot be verified or if Classic Hair Hub reasonably believes a Provider may not meet applicable legal or Platform requirements.

4. PROVIDER PROFILES & SERVICE LISTINGS

Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that all information appearing on their profiles and service listings is truthful, current, and accurate.

This includes:

  • Name or business name
  • Photographs
  • Professional qualifications
  • Licensing information
  • Services offered
  • Prices
  • Service descriptions
  • Availability
  • Service location
  • Portfolio photographs
  • Other information presented to customers

Providers may not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims.

Providers may only upload photographs, videos, logos, or other content that they own or have permission to use.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when creating accounts and booking services.

Customers should carefully review a Provider’s:

  • Profile
  • Service description
  • Price
  • Location
  • Availability
  • Cancellation policy
  • Qualifications where relevant
  • Any preparation instructions before booking

Customers should disclose information reasonably necessary for the safe performance of a requested service.

Classic Hair Hub does not independently guarantee that a particular Service Provider or service will meet every customer’s individual needs.

6. BOOKINGS

When a Customer books a Service Provider through Classic Hair Hub, the service relationship is between the Customer and the independent Service Provider, subject to these Terms and applicable Platform policies.

Providers are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments.

Customers are responsible for arriving or being available at the agreed appointment time and location.

Providers and Customers must communicate promptly regarding delays, scheduling problems, or other issues affecting an appointment.

7. PRICING

Service Providers are responsible for the prices displayed for their services, subject to Platform requirements.

Customers must be shown the applicable service price and any Platform charges before completing a booking whenever reasonably practicable.

Additional services or charges should not be imposed without the Customer’s knowledge and agreement.

Classic Hair Hub may charge Service Providers and/or Customers marketplace, booking, processing, subscription, promotional, or other disclosed fees. Applicable fees will be disclosed through the Platform or applicable Provider agreement.

8. PAYMENT PROTECTION & OFF-PLATFORM PAYMENTS

All payments for services booked through Classic Hair Hub must be processed through ClassicHairHub.com or an authorized Classic Hair Hub payment processor, except where Classic Hair Hub expressly permits another payment method.

Service Providers may not request that Customers pay for a Platform booking outside Classic Hair Hub for the purpose of avoiding Platform fees or payment processing requirements.

Customers should not send off-platform payments for services booked through Classic Hair Hub when Platform payment is required.

This includes attempts to redirect payments through cash, direct bank transfers, peer-to-peer payment applications, or other external payment methods for the purpose of bypassing the Platform.

Transactions completed outside the Platform may not qualify for any payment, refund, dispute, or other protections offered by Classic Hair Hub.

Attempts to intentionally circumvent Platform payments or fees may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.

9. PROVIDER PAYOUTS

Payments collected through Classic Hair Hub may be processed by a third-party payment processor.

Provider payouts may be subject to:

  • Processing periods
  • Marketplace commissions or fees
  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Payment disputes
  • Fraud prevention reviews
  • Required tax reporting
  • Payment processor requirements
  • Other adjustments authorized under these Terms

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and payout information.

10. TAXES

Service Providers are responsible for determining and paying all taxes associated with income earned through their services, except taxes that Classic Hair Hub or its payment processor is legally required to collect, withhold, or remit.

Providers are not employees of Classic Hair Hub for tax purposes merely because they use the Platform.

11. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Unless a different cancellation policy is clearly displayed before booking, the following standard policy applies:

Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before the Appointment

  • Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 100% refund of the service amount, subject to any disclosed non-refundable processing or Platform fees permitted by law.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

  • Customers who cancel less than 24 hours but at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may receive a 50% refund of the service amount, subject to applicable Platform policies.

Cancellations Less Than 2 Hours Before the Appointment

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may be non-refundable.

12. NO-SHOW POLICY

A Customer who does not arrive or otherwise make themselves available for the scheduled appointment may be considered a no-show.

Unless circumstances reasonably require otherwise, the Service Provider should allow a 15-minute grace period.

After the grace period, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the service amount may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and Classic Hair Hub’s dispute policies.

Providers who repeatedly fail to attend confirmed appointments may have their accounts restricted or terminated.

13. PROVIDER CANCELLATIONS

If a Service Provider cancels an appointment or fails to provide a confirmed service, the Customer may be entitled to a refund of the service amount paid for that appointment.

Repeated Provider cancellations, no-shows, or failure to honor bookings may result in restrictions, suspension, or removal from Classic Hair Hub.

14. REFUNDS, DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers should first report booking or service problems through Classic Hair Hub’s designated support or dispute process.

Classic Hair Hub may review information supplied by both parties, including:

  • Booking records
  • Platform messages
  • Payment records
  • Cancellation records
  • Photographs or other relevant evidence
  • Information from the applicable payment processor

Classic Hair Hub may issue or facilitate refunds where authorized under these Terms, applicable policies, or law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Service Providers must conduct themselves professionally and treat Customers respectfully.

Providers must not engage in:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination prohibited by applicable law
  • Threats or violence
  • Fraud
  • Theft
  • Unsafe practices
  • Sexual misconduct
  • Misrepresentation
  • Unauthorized services
  • Unlawful activity
  • Conduct that creates a material safety risk

Customers are expected to treat Providers respectfully and comply with reasonable safety and service requirements.

Classic Hair Hub may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

16. HEALTH, SAFETY & SANITATION

Service Providers are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate professional hygiene, sanitation, infection-control practices, equipment safety, and workplace conditions as required for their services.

Providers must comply with applicable federal, state, and local health and safety requirements.

Classic Hair Hub may remove a Provider where credible information indicates unsafe or unlawful practices.

17. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Users may receive confidential or proprietary information belonging to Classic Hair Hub or other Platform users.

Confidential information may include:

  • Non-public customer information
  • Business procedures
  • Internal operational information
  • Proprietary technology
  • Non-public financial information
  • Security information
  • Other information reasonably understood to be confidential

Users may not improperly disclose, copy, sell, distribute, exploit, or misuse confidential information obtained through the Platform.

These obligations survive termination of an account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. CUSTOMER INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Service Providers may use Customer information obtained through Classic Hair Hub only as reasonably necessary to fulfill bookings, communicate regarding services, comply with law, or for another purpose authorized by the Customer and permitted by applicable law.

Providers may not sell Customer personal information obtained through Classic Hair Hub or use such information for unauthorized purposes.

Use of personal information through the Platform is also subject to the Classic Hair Hub Privacy Policy.

19. NON-SOLICITATION & PLATFORM CIRCUMVENTION

Service Providers may not use customer information, booking information, or other relationships obtained specifically through Classic Hair Hub primarily to intentionally circumvent the Platform’s booking or payment system or avoid applicable Platform fees.

Providers may not improperly use Classic Hair Hub’s confidential information or customer relationships in violation of applicable law.

Any restrictive covenant or non-solicitation obligation shall apply only to the extent permitted and enforceable under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit lawful competition or lawful independent business activity.

20. REVIEWS & RATINGS

Customers may be permitted to leave reviews and ratings concerning completed services.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, or intentionally misleading content.

Providers may not purchase, fabricate, manipulate, or improperly incentivize false reviews.

Classic Hair Hub may moderate or remove content that violates Platform policies or applicable law.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Classic Hair Hub name, logos, website design, software, graphics, branding, and other proprietary Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Classic Hair Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Providers retain ownership of content they lawfully own and upload.

By uploading content to Classic Hair Hub, the Provider grants Classic Hair Hub a non-exclusive license to display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and promote the Platform and the Provider’s listings, subject to applicable law and Platform policies.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether a particular Provider and service are appropriate for them.

Classic Hair Hub does not guarantee any specific cosmetic, grooming, styling, health, or other result from services booked through the Platform.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASSIC HAIR HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS OR CUSTOMERS OR FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

26. INDEMNIFICATION
