Important: These terms apply to providers who submit an application to join Classic Hair Hub. Application approval is not automatic. |
These Provider Application Terms & Conditions (“Provider Terms”) govern your application to become an independent service provider on the Classic Hair Hub online marketplace (the “Platform”). They supplement the Classic Hair Hub Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any fee schedule or provider policy presented to you through the Platform (collectively, the “Platform Policies”).
By selecting the required acceptance checkbox and submitting a provider application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Provider Terms and the incorporated Platform Policies. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must be legally authorized to operate your business and provide each service you propose to list in every jurisdiction and location where you will perform it.
Classic Hair Hub accepts applications from Providers who work in salons, studios, suites, barbershops, lawful home-based locations, mobile units, Customer locations, or other locations accepted by Classic Hair Hub. Both licensed Providers and Providers offering services that do not require professional licensure under the laws applicable to their services and locations may apply.
You may apply as an individual professional or on behalf of a business. If applying for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Provider Terms.
You must provide complete, truthful, current, and accurate application information. Requested information may include your legal name, business name, contact information, service categories, professional experience, service location, portfolio, licenses, registrations, certifications, insurance information, tax information, and payment details.
You must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate. Material omissions, false statements, altered documents, impersonation, or misleading claims may result in rejection, suspension, or termination.
You authorize Classic Hair Hub to review and verify information and documents submitted with your application, including identity, business, professional-license, registration, certification, insurance, and publicly available professional information. Classic Hair Hub may contact you for clarification or request additional documentation.
Any consumer report, background check, or other screening requiring separate notice or consent will be conducted only after any notice and authorization required by applicable law.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, listing, bookings, customers, income, or continued access to the Platform. Classic Hair Hub may approve, conditionally approve, place on hold, or reject an application based on Platform eligibility, verification, safety, quality, legal, capacity, or business considerations, subject to applicable law.
Classic Hair Hub is not required to publish every approved service or category and may request corrections before activating a profile.
Classic Hair Hub accepts applications from licensed Providers and from Providers offering services that do not require professional licensure under the laws applicable to their services and locations. Depending on the jurisdiction and the precise services performed, legally exempt services may include hair braiding, hair wrapping, body wrapping, or other services. These examples are not a guarantee that a service is exempt in every jurisdiction.
Each Provider is solely responsible for confirming whether a professional license, registration, certification, permit, salon or shop license, location approval, inspection approval, or other authorization is required in the state, county, city, or other jurisdiction where the Provider operates. Providers offering legally exempt services may apply without submitting professional license information, but they remain responsible for all other business, safety, tax, and location requirements that apply.
Where a credential or approval is legally required, you must obtain, renew, display, and maintain it. You must not advertise, accept, or perform through the Platform any service that you are not legally authorized and qualified to provide or that is outside the legal scope of your license, registration, exemption, or other authorization. You must immediately notify Classic Hair Hub if a required credential expires, becomes inactive, is restricted, suspended, revoked, surrendered, or becomes the subject of a material disciplinary action.
By submitting an application, each Provider certifies that the services listed in the application may legally be offered and performed by that Provider at the selected service locations.
Platform approval is not a government license and does not constitute legal confirmation that you may provide a particular service at a particular location.
Providers are not limited to offering services from a salon or studio. Approved Providers may offer services from a salon, studio, suite, barbershop, the Provider’s lawful home-based location, a Customer’s home or other Customer location, a mobile unit, or another location accepted by Classic Hair Hub.
Each Provider may choose the service locations offered through the Provider’s profile. The Provider is responsible for ensuring that every service and location is legally permitted, properly licensed or registered when required, safe, sanitary, and accurately described to Customers.
Providers may not use the Platform to arrange or perform services at a location where the service is prohibited by law or outside an applicable legal exception.
If approved, you will use the Platform as an independent business or independent professional. You are not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or legal representative of Classic Hair Hub and may not claim otherwise.
Subject to the Platform Policies and applicable law, you control the services you offer, prices you set, availability you publish, locations you use, and manner and means of performing your services. You are responsible for your operating expenses, tools, products, assistants, insurance, licenses, and taxes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your profile, service descriptions, prices, availability, location information, qualifications, photographs, videos, logos, and portfolio materials remain accurate and do not mislead customers.
You may upload only content that you own or have permission to use. You grant Classic Hair Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to review your application, operate your profile, market your listed services, and promote the Platform. You retain ownership of content you lawfully own.
You agree to provide services professionally, competently, respectfully, and consistently with applicable laws, licensing rules, sanitation standards, manufacturer instructions, and reasonable industry safety practices.
You must not engage in harassment, unlawful discrimination, threats, violence, sexual misconduct, fraud, theft, unsafe practices, unauthorized services, or conduct creating a material risk to a customer or the public.
You are responsible for the lawful and safe selection, storage, sanitation, use, and disposal of products, chemicals, tools, and equipment used in your services. You must provide any warnings, preparation instructions, patch-test information, aftercare instructions, or other disclosures reasonably required for safe service.
You must not make false, deceptive, unsubstantiated, medical, or guaranteed-result claims.
You are responsible for determining and maintaining insurance appropriate for your services, business, workers or assistants, equipment, and service locations. Classic Hair Hub may require proof of specified coverage before approval or continued participation. A request for proof does not make Classic Hair Hub responsible for determining whether your coverage is adequate.
You are responsible for setting accurate service prices, subject to Platform rules. Customers must be informed of material service charges before they agree to them.
For each completed and paid appointment booked through the Platform, the Provider will receive 85% of the service price collected, and Classic Hair Hub will retain a 15% marketplace commission. The marketplace commission does not apply to an appointment that is cancelled and fully refunded.
The 85% Provider share and 15% marketplace commission are calculated on the service price collected, excluding taxes, gratuities, refunded amounts, and other amounts that the Platform identifies as excluded before booking. Third-party payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, dispute fees, taxes, or other legally permitted adjustments are separate from the marketplace commission and may affect the final payout as disclosed through the Platform.
Classic Hair Hub may also offer optional paid subscription upgrades or charge other booking, processing, promotional, or service fees only when clearly disclosed through the Platform, a fee schedule, or an additional Provider agreement. Before a new or changed Provider fee or commission percentage applies, Classic Hair Hub will provide any notice required by law and, when required, obtain the Provider’s acceptance.
Payments for Platform bookings must be processed through Classic Hair Hub or its authorized payment processor unless the Platform expressly permits another method. You may be required to create and maintain an account with a third-party payment processor and satisfy its verification requirements.
Subject to any disclosed processing fees or permitted adjustments, the Provider payout for a completed and paid appointment will reflect the Provider’s 85% share after Classic Hair Hub retains its 15% marketplace commission.
Payouts may be reduced, reversed, withheld, or delayed for disclosed payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud or risk reviews, processor reserves, taxes or withholding required by law, and other adjustments authorized by the Platform Policies. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and payout information.
You may not use customer information or a customer relationship obtained through Classic Hair Hub to intentionally redirect a Platform booking or required payment outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable fees, payment processing, or Platform protections.
Circumvention may result in withheld or adjusted payouts where legally permitted, account restriction, suspension, or termination. Nothing in this section prohibits lawful independent business activity that does not misuse Platform-generated customer information or relationships.
If approved, you agree to honor confirmed bookings, maintain accurate availability, arrive on time, communicate promptly, and follow the cancellation, refund, no-show, dispute, and customer-service rules displayed through the Platform.
If a Provider cannot honor a confirmed appointment, the Provider must notify both the Customer and the Classic Hair Hub Platform administrator at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a Customer cannot attend a confirmed appointment, the Customer must notify both the Provider and the Platform administrator at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Notice should be submitted through the Platform’s designated communication, cancellation, or support method so that it can be documented.
When an emergency or circumstance outside a party’s reasonable control makes 24-hour notice impossible, that party must notify the other party and the Platform administrator as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information if requested. Classic Hair Hub may review the circumstances when applying cancellation, refund, payout, or account policies.
A Provider who fails to appear for or perform a confirmed service without giving the required notice may be treated as a Provider no-show. The Customer may be entitled to a refund, and the Provider may not receive payment for that appointment, subject to the Platform Policies and applicable law. Repeated Provider late cancellations, no-shows, material delays, unresolved complaints, or failure to deliver confirmed services may result in payout adjustments, listing restrictions, suspension, or termination.
A Customer who fails to appear or be available for a confirmed appointment without giving the required notice may be treated as a Customer no-show and may be subject to the cancellation and refund policy displayed at booking.
You may use customer information obtained through the Platform only as reasonably necessary to manage and fulfill bookings, communicate about services, comply with law, or for another purpose authorized by the customer and permitted by the Privacy Policy.
You may not sell Platform-derived customer information, disclose it without authorization, use it for unrelated marketing without legally valid consent, or retain it longer than reasonably necessary. You must use reasonable safeguards to protect personal and confidential information.
You may not purchase, fabricate, manipulate, exchange, threaten, or improperly incentivize reviews. You must not create false accounts, misrepresent bookings, abuse promotions, interfere with Platform systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
You are responsible for keeping required business and tax records and for determining, reporting, and paying taxes arising from your services and income, except amounts Classic Hair Hub or a payment processor is legally required to collect, report, withhold, or remit.
You agree to provide accurate taxpayer information and any forms reasonably required for payment processing or tax reporting.
You agree to cooperate reasonably with Platform reviews involving safety, fraud, customer complaints, licensing, payment disputes, chargebacks, or violations of the Platform Policies. Cooperation may include providing booking records, messages, photographs, receipts, credential records, or other relevant information, subject to applicable law.
Classic Hair Hub may temporarily pause listings, bookings, or payouts while a material concern is reviewed where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
Classic Hair Hub may reject an application or suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate a provider account for material misrepresentation, invalid credentials, unsafe or unlawful conduct, repeated complaints, payment abuse, Platform circumvention, failure to cooperate with a material review, or violation of the Platform Policies.
You may withdraw your application before approval or discontinue Platform participation after resolving outstanding bookings, payments, refunds, disputes, and other surviving obligations.
By submitting the application, you represent that: (a) the information and documents you submit are truthful and complete; (b) you are legally authorized to offer the proposed services; (c) your submitted content does not infringe another person’s rights; (d) you will maintain required credentials and compliant service locations; and (e) you will follow these Provider Terms and the Platform Policies if approved.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Hair Hub and its owners, affiliates, officers, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your application materials, services, unlawful or negligent conduct, licensing or location violations, infringement of third-party rights, material misrepresentations, or breach of these Provider Terms.
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Classic Hair Hub Terms & Conditions also apply to your application and provider participation to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Provider Terms supplement and incorporate the Classic Hair Hub Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a provider-specific provision in these Provider Terms directly conflicts with a general provision in the Classic Hair Hub Terms & Conditions, the provider-specific provision controls only for the provider application or provider relationship. A separately accepted fee schedule or payment-processor agreement controls the specific subject it addresses.
Classic Hair Hub may update these Provider Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continued provider participation after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance where legally permitted; otherwise, renewed affirmative acceptance may be requested.
These Provider Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, disputes arising under these Provider Terms shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction in Volusia County, Florida.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a continuing waiver.
Notices to Classic Hair Hub may be sent to info@classichairhub.com or to: Classic Hair Hub, 2500 W International Speedway Blvd, 900 #1185, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
Before submitting your application, return to the Provider Application and select the required Terms & Conditions checkbox to confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to them. Please note that all applications are subject to review and approval. |
