Classic Hair Hub
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Stylist”) and Classic Hair Hub regarding the services you provide through our platform. By joining and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms:
You must be at least 18 years old to offer services on Classic Hair Hub.
You agree to provide accurate personal and professional information during registration.
Hair stylists, nail techs, and barbers must upload a valid copy of their professional license. Hair braiders and makeup artists are not required to submit licenses.
Stylists operate as independent contractors, not employees of Classic Hair Hub.
You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
You agree to perform all booked services professionally, timely, and respectfully.
You are expected to maintain proper hygiene, punctuality, and quality service standards.
You are solely responsible for the tools, equipment, and products you use.
You must confirm and honor all bookings unless canceled within acceptable notice.
For home service bookings, ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Payments will be processed through Classic Hair Hub and transferred to your account as per our payment schedule.
You agree to the commission rate or platform service fee set by Classic Hair Hub.
No direct payment transactions with clients outside the platform are allowed.
Late cancellations or failure to appear for an appointment may result in penalties or account review.
You are required to wait at least 15 minutes after the scheduled time for client no-shows before logging the appointment as missed.
You may have access to private client or business information. You agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information.
You may not solicit or contact Classic Hair Hub clients directly outside the platform for one year after termination.
Classic Hair Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for misconduct, policy violations, or poor service ratings.
You may deactivate your account at any time with written notice.
Classic Hair Hub is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage that may occur during appointments.
You agree to indemnify and hold Classic Hair Hub harmless from any claims arising from your services.
Classic Hair Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of any changes via email or the platform.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be settled in courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
By signing up as a Stylist with Classic Hair Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Book a service with a skilled stylist for personalized care and attention, ensuring exceptional results every time. Choose between at-home services or appointments at the stylist’s location to suit your schedule.
