Restrictive Covenants – Classic Hair Hub

Confidential Information

Stylists acknowledge that, during their relationship with Classic Hair Hub, they may access confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to:

• Client details
• Operational procedures
• Employee records
• Business strategies
• Software and technological resources

This information is essential to Classic Hair Hub’s success and must remain strictly confidential. Stylists agree that for the duration of their engagement and for three (3) years thereafter, they will not disclose, copy, distribute, or misuse any confidential information. Upon termination of this agreement, all confidential materials must be returned to Classic Hair Hub immediately.

Disclosure Obligations

If required by law to disclose confidential information, Stylists must promptly notify Classic Hair Hub so appropriate legal action can be taken. If no protective order is obtained, the Stylist may disclose only the legally required portion while ensuring continued confidentiality.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

For the duration of this agreement and for one (1) year following termination, Stylists agree not to:

• Solicit clients they acquired through Classic Hair Hub
• Accept employment from or engage in business with Classic Hair Hub’s clients
• Recruit or attempt to recruit other Stylists working with Classic Hair Hub

Enforcement & Remedies

A breach of this agreement may result in irreparable harm to Classic Hair Hub In such cases, Classic Hair Hub is entitled to seek legal and injunctive relief, including recovery of attorneys’ fees and enforcement costs.

Termination Policy

This agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice. However, Classic Hair Hub may terminate immediately if:

• A client terminates the engagement with the Stylist
• The Stylist is convicted of a crime
• The Stylist violates company policies or engages in misconduct
• The Stylist materially breaches this agreement

Stylist Representations & Warranties

By accepting this agreement, Stylists confirm that:

• Their duties under this contract do not breach any prior contracts
• They are responsible for all applicable taxes
• They will not use proprietary information they do not have rights to
• They maintain all required licenses (except for hair braiders & makeup artists, who do not require a license)

For Braiders to perform work, Whether a hair braider needs a license depends on the state where they are located. Some states exempt braiders from licensing requirements, while others require a cosmetology license or other type of license.

To apply makeup,
A license is not required to work in the film or television industry.
Other states: Some states, like Louisiana and Maryland, require a license, while others, like Texas and Nevada, have no specific

Attorneys’ Fees

In the event of a legal dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to reimbursement of attorneys’ fees, court costs, and related expenses.

Successors & Assigns

This agreement shall be binding upon and benefit the parties, their heirs, successors, and assigns.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State]. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in [Your County, State] courts.

Waiver

A waiver of a breach of this agreement shall not be considered a continuous waiver of other breaches.

Notices

All legal notices shall be sent in writing via certified mail to:

Entire Agreement & Modifications

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior agreements. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours but at least 2 hours before receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before are non-refundable (full price is charged).

No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up or does not answer the phone at the scheduled appointment time, the Stylist is required to wait 15 minutes. After this period, the full price is charged, and no refund is given.
